As we are still unable to allow non-essential travel, we have closed our office gates, but our phone lines and emails remain in operation to support you through this time. As some of you may be aware majority of our motorhomes are being utilised by a local hospital to support key workers. We are very proud to be able to assist in this way and thank them for all they are doing at this difficult time. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and the announcement banning non-essential travel we have been working closely with our customers to alleviate worries, concerns and rearrange suitable dates or provide a credit voucher.
We have updated our cancellation policy to allow free of charge date changes/or credit vouchers, however if there is a difference in charges you will need to pay this. Please see below for our updated terms. This applies to current bookings and new bookings until further notice.
More than 6 weeks prior to your departure date: If you decide to cancel your holiday you will lose your booking deposit only. You can postpone dates free of charge or allocate a credit to your account for future use (expiry date will apply).
6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to your departure date: If you decide to cancel your holiday you will receive a 50% of total hire charges. You can postpone dates free of charge or allocate a credit to your account for future use (expiry date will apply).
2 weeks to the day of your departure: We cannot offer anything to those that do not give us at least 2 weeks’ notice before their collection date.
