One of the best things about motorhome hire is that a fully equipped motorhome is a completely self contained living space which you can happily camp in without needing anything other than a place to park. While the batteries, gas battles and water tank will allow you a measure of independence out on the road, these will all need to be topped up from time to time and today, we’ll focus on how to go about filling your motorhome water tank.

Filling your Motorhome Water Tank

Campsites with even the most basic facilities will usually have mains water available which you can use to top up the fresh water tank in your Priory motorhome. Filling your motorhome water tank is simplicity itself.

Your motorhome will have a hose and a tap adapter supplied so you should have no difficulty attaching one end of the hose to the outlet on the campsite. Attach the other end of the hose to a similar connector located beneath a small panel on the side of the motorhome. This hose may need to be held in place, so if this is the case, have someone on hand to monitor the water level via the panel on the inside of the motorhome.

From here, turn on the mains water and begin filling your motorhome until the readout indicates that the tank is full.
