Priory rentals would like to wish you a merry Christmas ahead of winter and wish all of you a great time and an amazing holiday period. Here are a few things you should be updated on for the winter period & 2016.

Change to Open Hours

Firstly, we would like to update you on our change to open hours. We will be closed throughout the bank holiday weekend, Christmas and New Year’s Day unfortunately but feel free to drop in on any of the other days.

As you can see we are still available on a wide range of days throughout the holiday period and are still renting our motorhomes, cars and vans throughout the holidays so do not hesitate to make a booking if you have not already.

Changes to Motorhome Hiring Process

The process of collecting motorhomes from priory rentals has been undergoing a few changes over the last few days. Due to insurance changes, we now need a few extra things from you when you hire a motorhome with Priory Rentals.

Firstly, we require a photo card driving licence. We do however understand that some people may only have the older style paper equivalent and this may cause an issue. Therefore, we will accept this paper style equivalent if we are also presented with a valid, in date, passport as well. We will need both the documents at the same time when you come to collect the motorhome.

Secondly, we will need two forms of residency evidence. These documents must be dated within the last three months and must match the address of the drivers licence and passport, if of course the passport was used. We will need these in the form of utility bills sent to your address, as this is the best possible form of identification that is widely available.

Third and finally, the security deposits for the motorhomes themselves must be paid by the hirer or driver himself or herself and must be paid via credit/debit. This comes, as we are no longer able to offer a waiver enabling the liability of the security deposit to be secured by a third party.
